Purchasing a Mattress Online can be difficult. We at zSleep want to make sure your online mattress buying experience is a complete success. Once you have purchased one of our mattresses you can be completely confident in your purchase, however if you are not zSleep offers all of our customer a drama free simple and easy no hassle return policy.

Help zSleep help you enjoy your mattress. Please make sure that you have proper support with your mattress. In the event you want to return your mattress our customer service team will request photos of the foundations used with your mattress. zSleep maintains the right to refuse a return if you are using an improper foundation. Our customer service team are experts in the field and will let you know the best way to maximize the performance of your mattress.

RETURNING YOUR MATTRESS?

zSleep is confident in our brand assortment. We know we have the best selling products in the market. Any questions regarding product returns must be emailed directly to returns@zsleep.com

RETURNING ACCESSORIES?

zSleep will return all bedding accessories up to 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact our customer service team at returns@zsleep.com. Once you have contacted our customer service team we will email over a prepaid shipping label and product can be shipped back to our facility at no charge to you.

Accessories include but are not limited to: Bed Frames, Pillows, Sheets and Protectors. zSleep does not provide packaging for merchandise being returned.
